[cobalt-users] IPChains setup

I installed IPChains on my RaQ4 box, and am contemplating what I should
setup for rules. Would anybody be willing to share what they are doing, to
serve as a starting place? I read the manual, but most of their examples
don't deal with our hosting situation directly, and it seems like a major
project to reinvent the wheel on the basics anyways.
