Yes the GUI is unaffected. On my RAQ2 the admin interface is run by the
ahttpd daemon and the virtual sites are run by the httpd daemon. I only
compiled PHP4 into the httpd daemon. I would think that this is how it is on
the RAQ4 but I'm not sure, I don't have one.

Since I compiled PHP into the Apache binary, all I had to do was add the
.php extensions into the srm.conf file. Now PHP runs on all my virtual sites
by default without any extra configuration.
