Just the php 4.0.4 tgz file (or rpm if you can find one). Then follow the
installation instructions to edit httpd.conf (check your server providers
waranty as editing config files may void it) to add the LoadModule and
AddModule definitions along with the AddType definitions. By default the Php
4.0.4 comes with the GD libs and Zend optimizer. You can also optionally add
mysql and pgsql support via mysql.so and pgsql.so or at compile time if you
download the .tgz file.
