If you just do "reply" to the email (or digest) it should put the 
list name in To:.

Then, depending on whether you receive this in digest or as 
individual emails, you have to cut and past the subject of the email 
(at least) and then quoted text (if you're in digest). Although I 
don't use IE, I think that should work for any email client.
