This should work
[root admin]# wget
http://ftp.cobalt.com/pub/packages/raq2/eng/RaQ2-All-Security-3.0.1-8061.pkg
and then
[root admin]# /usr/local/sbin/cobalt_upgrade
RaQ2-All-Security-3.0.1-8061.pkg
