[cobalt-users] more sendmail problems (previous fix didn't work)

I made the modifications I was told to make on here to my sendmail before I
left for a trip and came back to a dead sendmail. It wasn't crashed yet, but
wasn't accepting connections. Once I restarted sendmail, it worked again
like it should. If you want more info, let me know what you need.
