RE: [cobalt-users] Linux Control panel + Billing (ISPTrak Software)

No no no, this effort was not open source. That was raqbaq, this is FOR
SPECIFIC hosting companies. And then we did not have the code and it was a
plan, now we have the code and it working :-)

<I'm buying server software from someone who's "almost done" writing it and
who has a temper to boot.>
I did not say buy it half done. A temper is for people being angry when we
offer a free product to help you guys, but when we sell we are much more
tolerant.

And i will not write you personally in regards to this because you wrote to
the list. you bash me in the list, i get a chance to fight back. But anyway,
I have just gotten rid of my last cobalt and I am off the list.

The mere fact that you only state "linux 6.2" worries the
heck out of me, since I want the people who design the software
I use to make a living be anal, careful, detail-oriented
people. (Like the ones Cobalt should hire...)

Obviously you mean RedHat. But "obviously" isn't good
enough.

MistaAviB, go spam someone else. You started this effort as
open source; then a lot of people *on this list* tried to
help; then you couldn't take the heat; then you angrily told
everyone to blow smoke and said you'd charge for it and we
could report for bugs and ask for features and you'd do it
"when you wanted to and got around to it." Not your exact
words, but I can find the original post easily enough.

You're young and foolish, but that's no excuse. You blew
your credibility with many people here, I think, and even
with the rest advertisements for self are not that welcome
here unless specifically requested. See the last 14,000
messages for proof.

If you get upset about this, email me directly; let's keep
the signal-to-noise ratio as good as possible, OK? You're
not a bad person, I know that; there's just no way in hell
I'm buying server software from someone who's "almost done"
writing it and who has a temper to boot.

Even if you don't believe it, long-term I'm trying to help
you by pointing out flaws in your current strategy.

Good luck.
