Thanks.
I've been looking past 4 hours at the Interbase PDFs
My head is swimming a little between IBConsole and ibmgr
I telnet to our raq4,
under admin, type in "ibmgr - start"
Nothing: bash bad command ..
Okay, I'm lost ..
Care to publish a getting started guide for the Raq4
to this list:
I'd like to be as far as you are below, however,
don't have a clue.
Do you just DL the client tools below ?
IBConsole, IBAccess, sql2gbd ?
Do they have instructions for installing on the Raq4.
I thought IBConsole was windows ?
Then how do I get the IB server started on the Raq4 ?
(aside from paying Sun $ 200 p/hr) ?
This would be helpful to lots I'm sure,
Since I searched Cobalt's site, and not a trace
of how to even start the IB server. There is a
press release from IB about the Raq4 packaging :)
