[cobalt-users] POP B4 SMTP not working correctly

We have POP B4 SMTP version 1.2 installed on one of our RaQ3s. For some
reason when anyone pops their account and tries to send email they receive
the error:

Relaying denied.  Please check your mail first.


Even though the user just checked there email. I have verified both popping
the account and then sending an email message via the logs but for some
reason it still gives us the check mail first error.

Does anyone know how we would go about reinstalling POP4 SMTP or getting it
to work correctly?
