Today my server was unreachable right around 4pm - usual activity for Cable
& Wireless on a saturday afternoon.
However, just now I was watching my box via TOP. Load stayed right around
0.04% <chuckles>. I watched it for about 10 minutes (might even have been
ten exactly) and something went boom - Telnet died, can't get to the server,
and tracert shows me this:
C:\WINDOWS>tracert 208.155.66.219

My question is, could I have somehow overloaded the machine by leaving TOP
open for ten minutes?
Or are other CobaltRacks customers having trouble getting to their machines
too?
