[cobalt-users] Interesting DNS Behaviour

Good Evening Listees:

I'm using name based virtual hosting for my virtual sites on a Raq3 endowed
with but a single IP address. DNS, as best I understand it, is set up
correctly, all my sites are accessible by exactly the means I would expect
them to be, etc..

I just noticed, however, that when I run nslookup (from anywhere) with the
server switch (i.e.: nslookup domain.com nameserver (where nameserver is my
raq's base operating name and domain.com is a domain that resides upon it)),
my nameserver is identified by the domain of one my virtual sites rather
than as its actual name. Interesting too since its always the same site,
which was incidentally, neither the first site nor the last site I created
and is, in all other ways, setup the same as sites which do not exhibit this
behaviour. This is rather nitpicky as everything appears to work correctly;
it's just one of those details that irritates the **** out of you. Any
thoughts on what this might be? The literature is devoid of any mention of
it that I could find.

Many thanks,

Clark Morgan
