Hi Group,
Could someone please instruct me in the best (proper) method for dealing
with Purgatory domains? Meaning ? domains that are no longer active <for
whatever reason>, but the domain's owner still has their DNS entries for the
domain pointing to your systems. Over time you start to develop a following
of lame delegations in your log files from all the domain's floating around
(no longer in use), but still bearing your DNS info.. I guess one could
point them all to your home site for a little extra traffic, but how do you
deal with them if you just want them gone for good?<no more log entries>?
Best Regards,
Craig Napier
