The only way of getting around this that I have found is to manually change
the directory that Actinic uses when you're going through the Network Test.
Its only really a problem with ver.4, anyway - with ver.3 you just tell it
where to go to, instead of leaving it to try to find the right place itself.
If it bothers you that much, I wouldn't have thought that it would be too
much of a problem if you changed the site admin's home directory -
permissions allowing, of course.
