Brandon,
I've been fighting with WHHQ to get money back that they charged to my card
AFTER I left them; Billing promised me they'd charge it back to my card in
two days - that was weeks ago.
I had a server with them for one week and told them to keep it; they refused
to give back my setup money. I did some digging and found that their Support
Ticket script's database was freely accessible via the web - showing
usernames, accounts, passwords, full names and phone numbers, etc. I wish I
had found that before I gave them my damn money - they had extremely
dissatisfied clients going back to March (when the database started keeping
track). I made the mistake of telling the lady in Billing about this snafu
when she promised to give the overcharge back; it's been taken down.
If there's some kind of seizure really going on and their site hasn't just
been hacked by a really torqued customer; maybe someone will be getting in
touch with you as to how you can get your money back from them. If they do,
please let me know, as I still haven't received my setup fees *or* the money
they charged on my card two months after I left them.

For the record, they set my server up so badly that even the Plesk support
team went in and couldn't believe how screwed up it was; Linux wasn't
compiled correctly, Apache looked as if it had been screwed up too but it
worked so it might not have been. The outages in the first week combined
with all of the things wrong with the server and tech support's refusal to
acknowledge my presence unless I called them convinced me I needed to run -
far and fast - from those people.

Wish I had better news for you. Best of luck. God I hope you had stuff
backed up and lots of notes on usernames and databases and such.
