You could ofcourse go through all cronjobs on the server?
Did you check the hardware condition of the server? (i.e. is the
temperature in the room okay? - is the fan broken? - tried replacing
the RAM modules?)
Did you try plugging in a serial console cable, and getting the error
message, when the RaQ freezes?
