Download the migration tool script from the download section of the Cobalt
web site.
Works fairly well if you follow the documentation.

Subject: [cobalt-users] Transferring sites - is there an easy way?
Hi all,
I need to move some sites from a RaQ3 to a RaQ4.
Is there an easy way to move the sites (one at a time) including all data
and users to the new server?
The IP address will alter.
At the moment, the only way, I can see is to backup the old data, create the
new account via the gui, create all the users, and then upload the data.
This means that passwords will have to alter.
Ideally I would like to cause as little disruption as possible to users - so
is there any other way?
Apologies if I missed an obviously simple way!
Regards,
Ian
