FYI

I've been using webfusion aka dedicated servers for over a year now
(I'm based in the UK).

I've found their service and support acceptable, not perfect but as good as
or
better than some of the higher cost really big players I've used.

The only real drawbacks I can see with them are
  1) The cost of backups is not inline with the service
     (eg. RAQ4 rental at 99 pound per month and backup at 149 pound per
month).

  2) For heavy usage servers the Bandwidth is as generous as some of the
     American providers.

but from my experience they are definitely worth considering
