I don't think so.. The main purpose behind the RaQ is for hosting or
colocation by its very nature. There are many on this list that would
like to find out where to plop their RaQ's and it is great that others
can either share experiences, and or make recommendations.. I would not
see where Cobalt could take issue with this, as it is the colo houses
that are where most of these RaQs end up. Cobalt routinely seeks
providers in our industry to get their gear to market.. They have from
day one. Take a trip to trueblue.cobalt.com as Cobalt features providers
that host RaQs. Where to locate your gear is just as much of a technical
question as how to fix it.
