There are *many* solutions to this. The one I use is AlThePal mail.

There is a Pro version and a (bright orange) free version - the link for the
free version is at the bottom of the page.

Well, you can set up multiple addresses in the Forward settings of your
user, so that all mail sent to that alias will go to all of the addresses
listed.
As far as it being removed once it's been sent... if it's being forwarded,
then it doesn't stay on your server and therefore, doesn't need to be
removed.

Sure. Just go to http://php.resourceindex.com and have a look-see, you'd
find all kinds of scripts written for WAP and some of them have pager and
phone-reading ability.
