Amendment to my last letter, it's not adminpro that I chop up, it's a
different script. I use adminpro myself though to test scripts I've written
real quick when I don't feel like waiting for windows telnet (sloooooow) to
connect and take forever to accept the command I've typed in.
But I still have changed the name of the thing with no adverse affects.
I had a thought, though. You can't blame Craig for writing the script or ask
him to take it down - just because he puts a tool out there doesn't mean he
intends for it to be used maliciously, even though it *can*.
That's like the ORBS discussion that's been going on... just because someone
*could* send mail through a hole in our server doesn't mean we should be
blacklisted before it happens.
Or even something like a chainsaw. It's meant to help people clear trees,
but get someone who's a bit warped in the head and you've got a nice turkey
carving tool (or worse). ;)
