[cobalt-users] help me !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have some problem with my cobalt raq3i.
Today, we have détected that our server had been used as a relay
for spam mail. 
But now we can not use it to send  or received mail

With i.e i have this message error :
Échec de la connexion au serveur. Compte : 'www.domain.com', 
Serveur : 'www.domain.com', Protocole : SMTP, Port : 25, Sécurisé 
(SSL) : Non, Erreur de socket : 10060, Numéro d'erreur : 0x800CCC0E

Any email can be enter in our server.
