Ed,
If this is your own server there are a few ways to do it. If not, you'll
have to get your server admin to do this for you, I don't think there's any
way for you to do it yourself within your web site without the admin's help.
Basically, I think you'd edit the httpd.conf... others can be more helpful
on that.
But rather than do the sites as users, why not just make virtual sites where
the host name is (for example) testsite and the domain name is
ohbaptist.org?  It would probably be easier, and then the sites could also
have email@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx without you having to delve into the
system files to redirect that as well.
