As far as I know (AFAIK), all Qubes can have personal webpages
given to users. Certainly our Qube does, and we have a -2. All
users get an index.html file dropped in their home directory,
and going to http://www.yourdomain.com/~user will bring up
that file. They can of course put more stuff in their directory
with the only caveat that the -2 does not support FrontPage
extensions on the personal sites, just the main one.

I believe that program is specifically geared towards the
Smart-UPS line of products. Read the docs or ask someone else
for confirmation.

Unless you're going for really expensive stuff, you should
*not* (in my opinion) be looking at anyone else. I sold PC
hardware for six years, and APC is more expensive than any
other small UPS. However, that difference is more than paid
for, every day... The quality difference is substantial.
