You want to post your DNS config, maybe? There could be a problem
with the MX record(s). Other than that, it would have to be (and
at least to *this* wet-behind-the-ears admin, sure looks like) a
sendmail problem. After all, DNS doesn't use rulesets and sendmail
does, and your server is whining about recursion in ruleset 3.
