[cobalt-users] [RaQ3] translation again

Hi!

I know this has been asked many times but there aren't many
replies. I'd like to translate the RaQ3-Siteadmin-Interface
into German because there are many customers asking for this.
The buttons are no problem. I renamed the old ones in
/usr/admserv/html/.cobalt/images/ into *.gif.en and created
new buttons in German with just the ending .gif. If someone is
interested feel free to ask me offlist for the buttons.

But how can I change the rest of the GUI? I found some
interesting files in /etc/cobalt/messages/ but changing them
doesn't seem to result in a changed GUI :-(

It seems to me that the RaQ3 does't built the admin page
on the fly from these files. Am I right?
