Join the cobalt-developers list. Find a post from Gordon Garb, and
write to him. You may find the details somewhere, but I know he can
tell you.

I could be wrong, but my recollection is you can buy one every 90 days
at half-price. You can use them for anything, as I recall, though
obviously the purpose is to get you a system for development.

By becoming either a developer or a True Blue partner.
Don't forget that you only get Cobalt's 30-days support on these
systems, and have no VAR to fall back upon. If you're a developer or a
True Blue partner you're supposed to know enough about Cobalt products
to support them <smile>. (Of course I could add my plug for my support
services here <smile, again, broader this time>.)
