I had this exact problem yesterday on my RaQ4r after installing the glibc Update 0.0.1. After I did a manual reboot from the front panel of the machine, it appears to be working again. 

Other information: This machine is straight out of the box, no sites on it yet. Thought I'd take the chance of screwing it up BEFORE I got it configured and loaded with sites...  :-)
