Yes, there is.
In the Site's Site Settings, put www.domain.net and domain.net in the Web
Alias field. Then in DNS add in the www.domain.net and domain.net and point
them to wherever the .com version is pointing.
Or, if the .com version of the site has its own IP address, you can just go
in through the DNS and add A records for domain.net and www.domain.net and
point them at that IP. (Much easier if it has it's own IP.) No Web Alias
stuff needed... at least, that's my experience so far.
