Not my experience. As a direct result of this posting, I placed an order
Friday - specifically because their web site says that the server will be up
and running in an hour.
After my credit card was authorised, I got several automated messages asking
me to log in to my account - but no account name / password. Also a message
that says the server would be ready in one business DAY (no longer one hour
service as offered).
24/7 Tech support eventually responded to my third message saying it wasn't
his problem - asked him to escalate to his supervisor.
Supervisor responded next day to say he couldn't help - needed to speak to
billing.
My credit card has been debited with all the up front charges - seems like
an excuse - certainly they failed to meet both the one hour and one day
advertised expectations. Be interesting to see how 'hi-speed' the refund to
my credit card is!
