If you plan on doing your own DNS this will help, you will also find
information here on doing primary and secondary DNS on your server (it is
discouraged, but common practice) http://www.raqresources.com/dns.htm

If you plan on having someone else do the DNS you will have to make the
arrangements with your provider or a third party, you will find a couple of
companies that offer free DNS service here
