I know I'm going to get yelled at or flamed, but, I've been really 
very satisfied with communitech.  In over a year, we have had no 
extended (Longer than 30 sec) downtime.  No dumbass stuff done to our 
machine by tech(Accentric, now "yahoo servers" formatted our hard 
disk after being asked to do a local backup for us).  And no 
overbilling or doublebilling issues.  Also, they have plenty of 
bandwidth and have fair bandwidth usage policies.


Having said that, here is why you might NOT want to go with them:

1)  They spammed.
2)  They did not lower the cost of our dedicated server when it 
became obsolete even though our contract was month to month.  We're a 
good customer with never a late payment and they should have lowered 
it on their own with out us having to call to tell them to.
3)  They are going to be more expensive than the cheapest places like 
cobaltracks.com.
4)  They spammed.
5)  I heard they're real bastards if you are late on payment.


Also, although I have had no dealings with him. I would give Jeff 
Lasman a call or email to see if he has anything available that would 
work for you.


Remember, you get what you pay for.
