No surpise.
I am still trying to get a refund from them for fraudulently leasing me an
RAQ3 as an RAQ4.
FYI, I am not asking for a full refund, just for the last month of December.
After arguing I received part of a refund. Considering the cost involved in
moving to a new server, I expect every penny of the last month exp. when I
consider they kept the last month which you pay up front and which I agreed
they could keep if they just refunded this month!
They are simply bad news, and a bad company. The expression run, run as
fast as you can comes to mind.
If they cared about the customers, when they started exceeding BW they
should have stopped selling until they had time to add that line they keep
saying they are adding!
My suggestion, get ready to move now. With their lines as bad as they are
it took days to transfer 1 GB of information from server to server!
