I'd Second Pauls recommendation strongly,
Robert and the guys at webfusion / dedicated servers have been fantastic -
we now have 5 raqs with them and have never been dissatistfied (in over 1
year)

The cheapest in the U.K is www.dedicated-servers.co.uk
Part of the Webfusion group I got a raq4i for ?99.00 p/mth + VAT with no set
up fees.
Great deal when you consider some of the others.
