[cobalt-users] Setting up secondary email addresses on RaQ2

Hi,

As a newbie on the RaQ2, I am struggling to set this up. Have tried various combinations of multiple MX records, CNames and virtual sites but without any success.

We have a customer who's domain (DNS and email) are hosted on our RaQ2. He wants to setup subdomains for his users like this:

say his domain is xyz.com
On the DNS we have an MX rec from xyz.com to mail.xyz.com, then an ARec pointing mail.xyz.com to the IP of the RaQ2. We have then setup a virtual site on the RaQ2 called mail.xyz.com

He has home users who just want to use john@xxxxxxx (no problem, we just set them up as a user on the mail.xyz.com virtual site and they work fine)

He also has business users who have a username of say 'business', so have a primary email address of business@xxxxxxx but also want to be able to have addresses like sales@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, fred@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

They want mail to all of these addresses to go to their POP3 box on the RaQ with username of 'business'

A lot of the UK ISP's seem to offer this service and I'm told that most use Sendmail, so I'm pretty hopeful that the RaQ2 can do this, but I don't have a clue how to set it up.

Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated.
