Try "man rdate" first; this is a command that allows you to synchronize your
computer's clock with a time server. I guess someone (you?) set up a cron
job to run at midnight of every day with the rdate command. Now, the reason
that you're getting emails is that whatever computer you're supposed to
connect to has refused that connection or, more likely even, is not running
a time service.
