Yes, as long as they're either linked statically, or to libraries that
already exist on your RaQ3, and they're compiled for i386 or
specifically for AMD K6-2 processors.
The programs should be run through cgi-wrapper of course. But there's
still the problem that if you can't read the source you have no idea
what the program does. And it might be, either intentionally or
unintentionally, being enough of a process or memory hog to cripple your
system.
