[cobalt-users] Easy question - how do I FTP from telnet between two Raq servers? (Um...newbie...)

I'm lost and missing something.  I'm migrating from a Raq3 to a Raq4.  I did
the cmuExport -n www.domainwhatever.com which creates a dir on the source
Raq3.

Can someone please tell me the commands to FTP (in telnet) to the new
server?

I'm at the FTP prompt but don't know the commands to copy a dir (or a file)
from one server to another.

I have 600+ sites to migrate (yuck!) and am stupid with how to FTP from a
telnet session.

Please help!   Thanks.
