[cobalt-users] RaQ3 Shell Tools Question..

I'm running a Japanese RaQ3, and have just installed the latest shell tools,
but I get the following warning when running "cadduser"..

I'm fairly new to the Japanese RaQ, and would appreciate advice on how to
set the "locale settings" and get rid of this message.. :)
