This is a followup - I realized that I can enter info, webmaster, etc. into
the alias for each unique user, but I'm not quite sure how I am going to
create a .forward file so that I can send "info@" to several people. As far
as I understand it, the .forward file must be in the unique users directory.
Another option for this may be to use a mailing list. I would rather not,
though.

Subject: 2 user names - say it aint so
I just got a RAQ 4ri. Nearly every customer I have wants similar alias
e-mail addresses, i.e., info@xxxxxxxxxx, billing@xxxxxxxxxx, etc....they all
will point to outside ISPs. Every site I manage, I use the alias
webmaster@xxxxxxxxxx which forwards to my ISP.
I recently created an additional virtual site, and attempted to add the user
webmaster, and it stated the user has already been used. I searched the
archives, and found only 2 queries regarding this, and each response was
along the lines of "that's just the way it is".
Surely this can't be right ? Please enlighten me...is there a way around
this? Surely there must be! Thanks in advance for anyone's response.
