This is working. However takes a very long time. About 20 - 30 seconds to
import a single user. I am trying on our staging server to import the 700
users. Will see how things go.

Any ideas on how to speed this process up? I am also getting a message when
importing each user that looks like this.

(offline mode: enter name=value pairs on standard input)

New RaQ2, RaQ 3, and RaQ 4 shell tools are available.

- ChangeLog -
 - Changed the name and man pages of all scripts to c<script_name>
adduser => cadduser
addvsite => caddvsite
deluser => cdeluser
delvsite => cdelvsite
 - Shell tools are now installed into /usr/sbin instead of
/usr/sbin/cobalt so they will be in root's path by default.
 - Created the first version of the RaQ 2 shell tools
