This isn't exactly what you're looking for, but might suffice.
Clickbank will allow you to set up an affiliate program where you can give
your affiliates a percentage of the sales made through links coming from
their site. A good way to do this is have the affiliate write up a big
'review' about you and your services, then link to your hosting page through
the Clickbank cgi link.

I actually prefer this, because we all know what resellers have done to the
hosting market in general. Something goes wrong with your site, the reseller
can't do anything about it because they don't administrate the server and
the client leaves in a huff - resellers end up just giving hosts a bad name
all around.
However, I do see where it can be really profitable for a host and absolve
them of dealing directly with the end clients.
Pros and Cons on both sides. Guess I'm gonna have to get over my own bias
about resellers (I've been that end client who's gotten screwed over many,
many times) if I want to make any money. *L*
