Hi everyone!
At our RAQ3i, we have a big POP3 mail problem. When we try to collect our
e-mail, we receive the following error:
There was a problem logging onto your mail server. Your Password was
rejected. Account: '[DESIGN] Info', Server: 'domain.nl', Protocol: POP3,
Server Response: '-ERR System error, can't open temporary file, do you own
it?', Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number:
0x800CCC92
So I checked the KB at Cobalt. They give me the advice to delete all the
*.pop files in /var/spool/mail. But there aren't any of these files in that
dir.
The maillog says:
Dec 10 05:35:34 ns in.qpopper[10902]: Unable to open temporary maildrop
'/var/spool/mail/.user.pop': No space left on device (28)
Dec 10 05:35:34 ns in.qpopper[10902]: user@xxxxxxx: -ERR System error, can't
open temporary file, do you own it?
No space left on device? A "df" gives me:
Filesystem 1k-blocks Used Available Use% Mounted on
/dev/hda1 743466 572665 170801 77% /
/dev/hda3 198601 139678 58923 70% /var
/dev/hda4 18134247 1468021 16666226 8% /home
Strange? What to do next?
Thanks in advance!
Kind regards,
Hans
