This has been covered ad-nauseum on this list in the past; see the
footer to this post to see how to read the archives.
Hint: you do NOT do anything on the RaQ except edit each SOA record to
show the second nameserver.
You need a second IP# for the RaQ and you MUST set up a site to be at
that IP#. Then you just notify your registrar of the new nameserver.
You do NOT do anything special when adding records to DNS.

This is preferred. Yes, you can do it.
Most preferable is that you have secondary DNS on a completely separate
network. THIS is what you SHOULD do.
