[cobalt-users] RAQ3 disk quota problem.

I just upgraded my RAQ3 with the following list of patches.

I now have a disk quota problem where 3 times the disk space over number of
users is needed to create a new FrontPage site.
I looked on the Cobalt support site and I understand this issue was suppose
to be fixed with OS Update 2. I have OS Update 3 now.

I did not have this problem before the upgrade.
Can anyone shed some light on this for me and let me know what I can do to
fix it?
