Good God people, go to ICANN's website:

http://www.icann.org/registrars/accredited-list.html

Visit each of the "Companies accredited, and currently operational, as
registrars", and figure out which one provides the services you need at the
price your willing to pay.

Never take someone else's word as concrete proof/evidence/whatever.  Do the
research yourself and you'll be much happier in the end.
