Thought I would send in an update to my own problem,
When I attempt to run the Cobalt SSL for RAQ2 uninstaller at
/var/lib/cobalt/uninstallers/SSL3-3.1.uninst I get this:
> cat: /var/run/httpsd.pid: No such file or directory
> package secureweb-3.0-1 is not installed
> rm: /var/lib/cobalt/SSL3-3.md5lst: No such file or directory
If I cat the SSL3-3.1.uninst file, I see this:
#! /bin/sh
kill `cat /var/run/httpsd.pid`
rpm -e secureweb-3.0-1
rm /var/lib/cobalt/SSL3-3.md5lst
exit 0
If I do 'rpm -q secureweb' I see that the installed version is
"secureweb-3.0-1-C1", so I do "rpm -e secureweb-3.0-1-C1" but get "package
secureweb-3.0-1-C1 is not installed".
Anybody have any ideas on this? The reason I had been wanting to uninstall
the Cobalt SSL was because I am interested in trying the Brosoft SSL, which
would give secure admin features. The Brosoft rep said it is necessary to
uninstall the Cobalt version first...
