Doing your own dns, does not mean you have the authority always to do the
reverse dns...you most likely will have to 'own' the full class C in order to
do reverse,
ask your provider to do the reverse,and then you will see it flows..
DNS means you translate the domain name into an IP, for FTP you need the
reverse, just checking the box on the dns settings on your box, does not mean
you have the 'athority to do it for the ip's
