[cobalt-users] [RaqX]:RPM Conflicts

I've done what I'd consider, some extensive searching on information about
RPM and locating files. I find confilcts when I do
# rpm -hUv --test <rpm_ftp_url>

and the conflicts are okay. but how do we go about resolving the
conflicts? Who do I ask? Where do I search? I did a search in the archives
for rpm and conflict but didn't find anything that helped me.
