You're probably thinking of Musita (www.musita.com). They still have
that "raq3 very soon" on their site, but they also featured that half
a year ago... so I guess they do not plan to make a RaQ3 version (try
calling them and hear what they say).

If you want to look at other software packages, we offer a traffic
statistics package for the RaQ3/4 (and in some cases RaQ2) too. It is
more "report/query" based than Musita, but we like that you can
monitor any period of time. Please contact me by email, if you want to
