It was setup from the cobalt .pkg
the only thing i ever did was to change from 'root' to 'nobody' because my
frontpage users
were having problems updating their sites becuase /stats was owned by root.

It does not look okay. The cron task is trying to run webalizer.pl
and the script is called webalizer. The script does not have execute
permissions. A much easier way is to install webalizer form the
Cobalt .pkg and it sets itself up to run every day at 4am.
